For the past 20 years AL NICHOLLS - a very fine Tenorist - has played at virtually all Clubs and
Festivals up and down the country - as well as running the Swing Band Blue Harlem for many
years.
Al favours the big open Tenor Sound - free blowing style of the Texas Tenors of yore.
With Al this evening will be IMRE VARGA on keys - a rapidly rising star on the London jazz scene - playing at Ronnie Scotts, the 100 Club etc.
On Bass and Drums respectively we welcome two fine young musicians now working with Al -
