DAVE LEWIS is an American Tenor Saxophonist living in the UK. Whether with the 'Blockheads' or his own band '1-up' Dave has a distinctive, soulful, funky style with a natural affinity to greats such as Dexter Gordon, Joe Henderson.
TIM LAPTHORN - first time at Bexley - a brilliant young pianist - pure class - sparkling with originality and colour.
Dave and Tim will be supported this evening by Andy Cleyndert (bass) and Rod Brown (drums).
