THIS EVENING AT BEXLEY JAZZ CLUB - tomorrow at RONNIE SCOTTS - and Wednesday at the 606 CLUB .... which tells why we're so happy and proud to welcome the
DAMON BROWN/MARTIN ZENKER Quintet back to Bexley.

DAMON BROWN/trumpet is an established player on the UK scene but this group has its origins further afield.
MARTIN ZENKER/bassist has held a jazz professorship in Seoul for the past 3 years and was introduced to Damon by mutual friends which cemented a fruitful musical friendship.
MICHAEL LUTZEIER/Baritone Sax is a leading figure on the contemporary German scene and joined the group after a tour in South Korea during 2012.
PAUL KIRBY/keyboards and ANDREAS NERBAUER/drums complete the ensemble which draws on Damon's past experience as a lyrical hard-bop aficionado and with award winning Killer Shrimp. We are promised a sumptuous musical feast for our ears!
