    Latin flavours are taken from Buena Vista Social Club, Sergio Mendes, Stan Getz, Astrid Gilberto, Spyrogyra and the Gipsy Kings. From the first bar - with their unique compositions in Mambo, Salsa, Samba & Bossa styles - it is Party Time with Picante.

    However, following his graduation in 2001 at The Berklee School of Music in Boston he moved to London where - the delight of all jazz enthusiasts - he has settled permanently.
    Vasilis is a remarkbly talented musician and saxophonist whose passion, composure and charm delights everyone fortunate enough to be present while he performs.

  • OSIAN ROBERTS QUARTET

    OSIAN ROBERTS - Tenor Saxophonist - took up the saxophone aged 9. After showing considerable promise and gaining invaluable experience with older jazz musicians on the Welsh jazz scene he moved to London - enrolling at the Royal Academy of Music. In 1998 Osian graduated - since when he has worked with many, many notable jazz musicians - such as Sir John Dankworth, Jim Mullen, Pete Ind, Peter King, Iain Bellamy and Dave Cliff - as well as touring no fewer than 25 countries during his career.

    We are delighted to welcome Osian to Bexley for the first time when he'll be supported by Mark Edwards on keys, Simon Woolf on double bass and Darren Beckett on drums.
