Since January 2015, Deelee has been resident singer at Renato D’Aiello’s Late, Late Show at Ronnie Scott's. also teaming up with the Renato D’Aiello Sextet, and performing to a full house at Pizza Express Jazz Club, Dean Sreet for two nights in February 2015.
Born in London, Deelee studied at the Brit School of performing Arts and pursued an academic path in music - graduating with a BA honours degree.
Deelee possesses a voice quality that is wonderfully versatile, ranging from a sonorous vibrant tone to a stunningly mature and sophisticated one, yet all encapsulated within a wide vocal range that remains pure across her entire vocal register.
Deelee especially captures the attention of audiences with her swooping glissandi and variation of melody, and, most notably, her unique expression of emotion and intonation through song.

JEFF HOOPER - International Cabaret and Big Band Vocalist and Entertainer - is one of the most talented and best-liked vocalists on the European scene. Bexley's in for a Sumptuous New Year's Treat.
Early in his career Jeff worked with Matt Monroe - sang with Shirley Bassey and Sir Tom Jones - has been a great friend of lyricist Hal David of Bacharach David - who says Jeff is one of his favourite singers - and worked with the Syd Lawrence Orchestra.
Claire Martin says "I was totally blown away by this CD - his vocal range is stunning - and he swings too!!"

KAREN SHARP - SAXOPH0NES & CLARINET makes a very welcome return to Bexley together with :
With remarkably little fuss, Karen Sharp rose from newcomer in Humphrey Lyttelton's final band to being voted top tenor saxophonist in 2010's British Jazz awards. Her style is so flexible she can move effortlessly from an old standard like "Bye Bye Baby" to her own ethereal title track, adjusting the sound through subtle shifts of tone and attack. Humph persuaded her to add baritone to her tenor, and she is equally impressive on that. Karen is indisputedly A-team, and her material full of pleasant surprises

Alan is a prolific international performer, composer, arranger, bandleader and touring soloist. He is best known for his work on clarinet, alto and baritone sax, where he combines a formidable virtuosity with a musical expression and collaborative spirit that have few peers. His range and brilliance have made him a “first call” for studio and live work since his precocious arrival on the scene more than thirty years ago.
Throughout his career to date Alan has accumulated over 25 British Jazz Awards and twice been nominated as the BBC Jazz Musician of the Year.
This evening at Bexley Alan will be with BRIAN DEE/keys - DAVE GREEN/bass - CLARK TRACEY/drums
