THE GEOFF EALES TRIO - "100 YEARS OF JAZZ"

The simply stunning pianist GEOFF EALES brings his wonderfully entertaining Trio to Bexley this evening with PAUL MORGAN and BOBBY WORTH when he will introduce to us his new project - "100 YEARS OF JAZZ" - in which Geoff's Trio pay their respects to a whole host of piano legends who helped shape the history of jazz. The journey begins with the sedate ragtime of Scott Joplin and ends with the contemporary sound of Keith Jarrett and Chick Corea. Along the way will be tributes to Fats Waller, Art Tatum, Dave Brubeck, Oscar Peterson, George Shearing, Bud Powell, Thelonius Monk and Bill Evans.
